Gerald Lung has several years of experience in marketing, business development, public relations, organizational communications and leadership training. He has held management positions at Ball State University, Magnavox Electronic Systems Company (now Raytheon), and he runs his own consulting and training firm.
Gerald has completed numerous marketing and leadership programs at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education Center, Purdue University Krannert School of Management Executive Education Programs and the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, N.C. He is also a certified training consultant (CTC), a recognition he earned at Ball State University.
For more than 10 years, Gerald has taught a wide array of marketing courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels at the University of Saint Francis. He also periodically teaches courses in introduction to business, management, and industrial and organization psychology.
In addition, Gerald has conducted extensive research, made presentations and delivered training programs in the following areas: customer satisfaction, marketing strategic planning, consumer decision making process, marketing and sales skills for consultants and professionals, dealing effectively with the media, managerial communications and leadership effectiveness.
