Dawn E. Wilson is a successful business professional with experience in accounting, finance and tax, computer systems and software, marketing and training.

Dawn has been a certified public accountant (CPA) since 1994. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Indiana CPA Society (INCPAS), and is serving her fifth term on the Ethics Committee of INCPAS.

Since 1992, she has been controller or vice president of finance for five Fort Wayne-area industrial and construction businesses, including Brooks Construction Company, Inc. In 2010, Dawn founded Concurrence Advisors, specializing in managerial accounting, financial and consulting services for entrepreneurs, small businesses and individuals.

In addition, she has been an adjunct faculty member for the Keith Busse School of Business and Entrepreneurial Leadership at University of Saint Francis since 2009. She teaches and tutors in accounting and computer applications, and developed a new course, QuickBooks for Entrepreneurs.

She is currently enthusiastically working on a joint venture business opportunity in the field of sewing, textiles and needle arts.

Dawn grew up in Barberton, Ohio, but has enjoyed being a Fort Wayne resident for over 30 years. She is married to Mitch Harper, an attorney in private practice, a councilman for Fort Wayne City Council’s 4th District, and the organizer and founder of several large running events in the area.
